We deliver all our services under two models:

Do It Yourself (DIY) & Do It for Me (DIFM)

Once you have chosen the digital marketing or product management service - Build, Acquire, Convert or Engage - you can choose either of these models to avail these services.

Model 1 – Do It Yourself (DIY)

Under the DIY model, we advise you on the strategy and give you a roadmap along with milestones to take it to the field. We also explain how you can implement this plan along with the timelines. As time is critical to all marketing plans, you must adhere to these timelines. 

How long does it take to get results?

Typically, it takes six to eight weeks to build a comprehensive marketing or product program, that you can work on using remote workers, contract employees or your full-time internal marketing delivery team.


We also give you the success metrics you can track to measure the performance. Most of our plans are half-yearly i.e., 6 months. We have seen that annual marketing programs are guesswork, and quarterly assessments lead only to tactical shifts. We have seen that a DIY marketing strategy should be worked on for at least 6 months for it to deliver actionable results and give metrics that can drive strategy for the next phase. 

Who is it for?

DIY model is best for:

  • Organizations that have internal marketing operations or delivery teams.

  • Organizations that work with remote or contract employees who are trained in digital marketing.

  • Start-up founders who have some experience with website development, SEO and Social Media marketing.

  • Savvy Marketers or creative agencies who are experts in content or design, but just need to understand the data, test out their ideas and align with the trends.

  • Product or development focussed organizations that have coders on full-time roles.

Model 2 – Do It for Me (DIFM)

In the DIFM model, we take full control of your project. We not only generate the strategy we also develop a tactical plan and then work as your extended team to deliver the best results for you. We keep optimizing the plan as we go and work under an agile model with stakeholders. 

How long does it take to get results?

Depending on the service you have chosen the typical result times vary from a week in the case of online advertising, a month for services such as Local SEO to around three months for a complete lead nurturing campaign to show results.

A key advantage of the DIFM model is that we take full responsibility for the deliverables and ensure that only experts handle your work. We hold weekly meetings with you and provide a performance dashboard so you can log in and do a health check-up anytime you want.
